Clients are usually with us from 2 to 6 months but of course there are exceptions. Once we have completed your audit we will have a better idea of your possible timeline. This isn’t saying your credit report is guaranteed to be “perfect” in that time frame, but that most people reach their goal within that time range. We work to help you achieve your goal as quickly as possible.
Most of our clients see improvement within 45 days but there is no way to know how much the credit scores will change. Rather than focusing on credit scores, we focus on making your credit profile as healthy as possible, which in turn benefits your credit scores and odds of approval by lenders. Remember that a healthy credit profile is not JUST your credit scores. Lenders are going to be looking at so much more that just scores. Also, any NEW negative issues (late payments, collections, maxed out credit cards, etc.) can significantly damage your credit profile.
We have a different approach than most credit repair companies. For your credit repair we only bill for what actually gets corrected or deleted rather than billing you for just “attempting” to clean up your credit. You only pay for results! This means that your cost can vary depending on how many and what type of items you have. When we complete your audit we will give you your possible total cost for repairing your credit.
Your audit fee varies based on if we’re working on just your credit or also a spouse or family member.
You will be required to keep an active 3-bureau credit monitoring account. This is how we track your progress. The fee for the Premium Monitoring is $25 per month. This is paid to a third party, not to Triad Credit.
We only bill you on the agreed upon date. You will be billed for the audit upon completion of your audit, which we can schedule for a specific date if needed. Any fees incurred during credit repair can either be paid in full, or we will accept monthly payments towards the invoice amount.
The credit monitoring is so important because that is how we track your progress and know what still needs to be resolved to help you reach your goals.

Yes! We love referrals and would be happy to help your family and friends. As a matter of fact, we have never done any marketing. We are grateful that all of our customers are referrals.
We can’t tell you upfront that any specific item can or will be removed from your credit reports. Like all legally compliant credit repair companies, we can only remove items that are inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable. However, MANY items on most people’s reports fall into one of those categories. We have helped clients in the past remove late payments, collections, student loans, repos and even public records (bankruptcies, judgments and liens). We cannot make you any promises about specific items.
We cannot ever guarantee approval by another lending for many reasons. One of the biggest being that every lender has different, proprietary underwriting guidelines specific to their company.
There are credit repair companies that try to speed up their service by using online disputes. Disputing online is never recommended: This is why….
When a dispute is entered online, it’s put into an expedited dispute resolution process (EDRP). This sounds great until you read the FCRA. It states that if a disputed account goes into EDRP then the bureaus do NOT have to comply with certain sections of the FCRA. They get to ignore that law!
The sections they no longer have to comply with work in their favor during the credit repair process. One section is called “Method of Verification”. If an item shows as verified, they aren’t required to tell you how it was verified. Another section is the “Re-Insertion Letter”. Usually, if an item is deleted, there are steps the bureau must follow in order to re-insert that item. One of these steps is to send you a re-insertion letter before putting that item back on your credit report. The cost of creating and sending this letter really limits the amount of re-inserted items. If an item is processed under EDRP, this letter is NO LONGER REQUIRED. They can put the item back on your credit report whenever they want. Take our advice and don’t dispute online or let anyone else do it on your behalf.
A lot of people have run into this roadblock before reaching out to us. We help you make a plan to overcome this. There are several options we can discuss depending on where you are starting from and what your goals are. Timing is SO important in this step. It’s best to just stop applying for credit and make a plan. The more inquiries you have the lower your odds of getting approved.
